Our Logo
The EcoSoc logo was designed by Bryan Reid in 2006. It is based on an Edgeworth Box with indifference curves. EcoSoc’s founding beliefs of justice and market efficiency are represented by the fact that the distribution is equitable as well as pareto optimal. The invisible hand of the market is also depicted, with each of the fingers representing a factor of production (land, labour, capital and enterprise), guiding the market to its equilibrium.
